At a young age, my enthusiasm for drawing became heavily influenced by comic books and graphic novels. This interest developed into a deep passion for visual story telling, which manifested itself in a love for musical performance. In a short amount of time, I was writing the narrative that the members of an ensemble would perform. Without knowing it, I was collaborating to create a percussive-theater product. Then, in a summer class at Arizona State, I was tasked with designing a water bottle. At the end of the project, there wasn't a doubt in my mind that industrial design was the path I had been walking since the first time I held a pencil in my hand. 

     

The industrial design program at ASU has allowed me a glimpse into the many facets of the industry, from housewares to mobile applications. This semester, I will be further developing the project for Innovation Space, for Adidas. As of now, I am highly interested in product-service systems and customer experience design, with heavy focus on sustainability.
